Delivery & Returns Information
At Lily’s Kitchen we are always striving to make our delivery service as efficient and convenient as possible for you and your pets.

Dispatch & Delivery
We deliver throughout all of the UK and Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
For deliveries within most of the UK, we endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next day.
We do not deliver on UK bank holidays so please allow an extra business day for delivery.
UK Standard Orders
Standard orders are typically delivered to most of the UK within 1 or 2 working days, however they can take up to three working days to arrive. Have a look at the table below to see when your delivery will arrive with our Standard Delivery service throughout most of the UK. For Special Delivery and destinations that are harder to reach for our couriers, see the Special Delivery section below.
Harder to Reach Destinations
We deliver to all areas of the UK and Ireland. But some areas are harder to reach for our couriers and will take extra time to arrive.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands take a minimum of 2 working days to arrive and may take up to 4 working days.
Our Special Delivery service includes next day morning delivery and weekend delivery.
Orders for next day morning delivery (next day by 10am, next day by 12pm) must be received before 2pm on the previous day.
Orders for weekend delivery (Saturday or Sunday) must be received by 2pm on Friday.

Refunds & Returns
At Lily’s Kitchen we want you and your pet to be delighted with our products. But we know there are some fussy eaters out there!
If, upon receiving your order, you or your pet is not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0207 433 1863. Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Should you wish to return any items bought from us, we would be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange.
Here at Lily’s Kitchen, we are very proud of our recipes and we hope your pet will be delighted too! If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we’ll happily offer a similar replacement of your choice. In the unlikely event that your order from us arrives damaged, we’ll collect these items from you, and replace them with products in pristine condition.
