National Account Executive

Your Role at Lily’s Kitchen

As a National Account Executive (NAE), you will report into a Senior National Account Manager and be key to the continued success and growth of Lily’s Kitchen.

You will have the management of our smaller accounts in Lily’s Kitchen and be the NAE that our accounts want to work with, by bringing value, fun and audacious thinking to the table . You will be part of a wider high performing team that creates audacious results and audacious behaviour.

How Will I Make a Difference?

  • Serve as primary account contact for smaller national accounts
  • Assist NAMs in managing retail relationships, hitting their budgets & executing their plans;
  • Develop & execute a spend savvy promotional plan for your customers working finance team to determine RoI of key activity and use commercial / category insight to influence future plans.
  • Provide customer EPOS analysis / insight to help analyse portfolio & build sustainable distribution (new line forms), sales & profitability of existing and NPD lines within the customer
  • Serve as a passionate LK role model and advocate within your customers, and your key contacts within larger national accounts
  • Work with Marketing team to activate a BTL brand strategy within accounts to complement customer strategy.
  • Working closely category and marketing by being the eyes and ears of what’s going on in our retailers (both pet and other categories.)
  • Clear objectives linked to our unit scorecard, and stretching personal development plan.
  • Help support us to achieve our aspiration of being an audacious and high performing team

What You Need to be Successful

  • Proven successful track record in a sales focused role
  • Head for numbers and experience with data analysis
  • A proven relationship builder, you must have first class communication and listening skills
  • You will feel comfortable in offering feedback and suggestions, at senior levels, about how we can drive our business
  • Pawfect presentation skills, previous experience delivering training is a bonus
  • An ability to embrace change in a fast growth & vibrant FMCG environment
  • You will be an enthusiastic team player who is self-motivated, eager and flexible to deliver against objectives on time and hit targets
  • High energy, adaptable, and with the ability to present solutions with passion
  • An excel geek - Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • It goes without saying that you need to have a PFP (passion for pets)
