Thank you for visiting Lily’s Kitchen social media channels.
We want our social communities to be a safe place for like-minded pet parents and all who participate on our social media channels. To ensure that time spent on our channels is a positive experience for everyone, we ask that you follow a few ‘house rules’ when posting on our pages.
1. Please engage with our community respectfully. It’s like your mum used to say – treat others as you would like to be treated, so that means:
You must be above the age of majority in your country of residence, unless supervised and with the permission of a parent/legal guardian
No indecent or inappropriate content
No libellous, defamatory, bullying, threatening or abusive posts, or any content or comments which may personally attack or cause hurt/distress to others within our community
No spam, good luck/chain posts, and no commercial/promotional posts
No misleading/deceptive posts
We have zero tolerance for any content that breaks the law and we reserve the right to hide or remove any content that we judge to be harmful, without question.
We will remove comments or messages that contain:
- Threatening language or hate speech
- Discriminatory language of any kind
- Language that targets individuals to shame them or incite violence towards them
- Personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone
- Repeated unwanted messages
- Negative or derogatory comments of a personal nature, directed to another member of our community or towards any of our creator partners
We reserve the right not to respond to comments which breach any of the guidelines outlined above.
2. Please engage safely. We will never ask you to share personal or identifying information in a public post, and you should not volunteer it either. Remember not to invade the privacy of other members of our community.
3. We love to see your #daringdogs and #rebelcats but please share only content (including photos, videos, links and text) that you have authored and/or own the copyright to.
Posts on our pages don’t necessarily represent the views of Lily’s Kitchen. We reserve the right to remove any users, posts, or communications that don’t comply with our Community Guidelines. That doesn’t mean we will delete posts or communications just because they challenge us or our way of doing things – we’re happy to encourage healthy debate, as long as it is constructive and consistent with our Community Guidelines above.
As well as social media, we receive a high volume of correspondence from our customers over email and telephone. We love hearing from you and will always do our best to help, and ask that you engage with us respectfully here too. Please note that our community guidelines as outlined above also apply to email and telephone correspondence.
We respect data privacy: our Privacy Policy applies to personal data you share on our social pages in addition to the platform’s own rules.
