Customer Notice - Pasta al Ragu (400g)

Following a quality related investigation, Lily’s Kitchen is concerned that a limited quantity of Pasta Al Ragu Wet Adult Dog 400g is at risk of containing pieces of plastic.  

The safety of all our pets is Lily’s Kitchen’s top priority and, as a precaution, Lily’s Kitchen is actioning a targeted and voluntary recall of the following affected recipe:

Pasta Al Ragu 400g can  

Batch Number: 5212T9097F  
Can number: 27018 to 50268
Best Before Date: 31/07/2027

Through undertaking a thorough investigation, we have established how this situation has arisen and traced it to one supplier of a raw material. We can confirm the risk is isolated to Pasta al Ragu cans with the above combined batch and can details, and Lily’s Kitchen is no longer working with the supplier.  

As a precaution, if you have an affected can, we ask you not to feed it to your pet(s) and instead contact Lily’s Kitchen.
