Non-Compliance Reporting

‘Speak-Up’ is our confidential non-compliance reporting system and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Reports can be submitted using the confidential webform or phone number to leave a message. To submit a report, follow the steps below: 

1. Submit your report using the Webform or call to leave a message on 0800-1693502

2. If using the webform, select United Kingdom as the country

3. Describe the nature of your concern (who, what, when and how) and attach any supporting evidence you may have 

4. Once the report has been submitted, you’ll receive an individual case number. Keep the number safe, as you’ll need it to access the system and check for updates.
