our family

We’re a fast-growing company founded on passion and innovation. We’re the first pet food company to have won the Queens Award for Enterprise in Innovation, and it speaks volumes about the food we make and how we do business. In 2019, we also became a Royal Warrant Holder.

Doing the right thing, taking responsibility and making a difference is at the heart of Lily’s Kitchen and, as a founding UK B Corp member, we’re committed to being a force for good in society.

“I was made to feel at ease from the very start of the interview process and received the warmest of welcomes upon my arrival.”

OUR VALUES

PASSION

Passion is tangible rather than measurable. It comes from a place of deep conviction, of true inspiration. We love what we do and we want to do it well.

RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility is knowing what’s right and audaciously acting on it. It’s why we’re a B Corp UK founding member.

RESPECT

Respect is trusting in people’s abilities and knowledge, and listening to their ideas to create something amazing.

AUDACIOUS

Audacious is creating pet food in a way no one has before (it’s the kind of behavior that won us a Queen’s Award for Innovation).

DEDICATION

Dedication is working to change the way people think about pets and pet food, no matter your role.

Equal Opportunities

Lily’s Kitchen is committed to promoting a diverse workforce. We want to build and maintain a values-driven culture of trust and inclusion, one that empowers people safely and comfortably to express every characteristic of their personal identity and experience. We’re committed to supporting and encouraging a diverse and inclusive workforce.

That means that whatever your ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age or status as an individual with a disability, you’ll get all the opportunities, respect and support you’d expect from a passionate business that cares about its people (as well as its pets).

We strongly encourage people of colour, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and non-binary people, veterans, parents, individuals with disabilities and/or other people from underrepresented groups to apply. Lily’s Kitchen is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes everyone to our team. If you need reasonable accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know.

If you would like to apply for a live vacancy, please feel free to note which pronouns you use.

EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT

Happy, fulfilled staff are a big part of what drives a business towards success. As a B Corp, Lily’s Kitchen believes it’s important to empower our staff to use their voices and so we have a number of staff-run committees across the business to help us set agenda in key areas such as: Volunteering, Mental Health, Diversity & Inclusion and Community. Our team members are encouraged to share their views and make a positive impact on the business..

“I learned very quickly during my recruitment process that Lily’s Kitchen live their B Corp values, nothing was forced or staged. I’m so happy to be part of a genuine and passionate team that is working together to do the right thing.”
